Another success for the Gross Klein network. We congratulate Martin for his work in developing business networking in Peterborough.
We are delighted that in Peterborough The Evening Telegraph ran a front page Business section article about Martin which we are reproducing with our thanks to the newspapers Business Editor, Paul Grinnell, as follows:
Accountants excellence recognised with an award
A PETERBOROUGH accountant has just won a prestigious national award for excellence.
Martin Wood, of Gross Klein Wood, has received a special recognition award as Co-ordinator of the Year at the Business for Breakfasts Annual Awards Dinner.
Founder of Business for Breakfast John Fisher said: Each year, the quality of the entries just gets better and better and we are delighted that this year has been no exception.
Each of our members, particularly Martin, work incredibly hard throughout the year to make Business for Breakfast what it is, and these awards allow us to reward and recognise the impact and ongoing contribution that these local business people make to the BforB network to keep it at the forefront of the UK business arena.
He added: We all know that 2008 is proving to be more of a challenging year on the business front, but we believe that this is even more reason to gain credibility and build stronger relationships with business peers in order for businesses to thrive through quality networking and referrals.
The presentation was held in Manchester.
Business for Breakfast is one of the UKs leading networking organisations with more than 1,000 members.
